The compressive advantage

Optimized bone condensation for immediate stability.

The Surcam® Compressive Dental Implant is engineered to condense surrounding bone during placement, improving primary stability and mechanical fixation.

Its tapered macro-design and aggressive thread geometry compress cancellous bone, increasing bone density around the implant and supporting immediate placement protocols when clinically appropriate.

This approach helps preserve bone structure while creating strong anchorage for predictable osseointegration.

Key features and clinical benefits.

Compressive implant, SLA surface
  1. 01

    Bone condensation design

Compressive implant geometry condenses surrounding bone during insertion, increasing implant stability.

  2. 02

    High primary stability

The compressive macro-design provides strong mechanical fixation, supporting immediate loading protocols.

  3. 03

    Bendable neck

Flexible neck design allows customized adjustment of the prosthetic support angle for improved restoration alignment.

  4. 04

    Torsional strength

Titanium construction provides high resistance to torsional forces during placement and long-term function.

  5. 05

    Optimized for narrow bone

Implant design supports placement in narrow alveolar ridges while maintaining strong stability.

  6. 06

    Minimal drilling protocol

Simplified surgical preparation reduces osteotomy steps and shortens clinical procedure time.

From the clinic

The Compressive implant works extremely well in softer bone. As it seats, you can feel the bone condense and the stability increase. It gives strong primary fixation without aggressive drilling. Healing has been very predictable, and I’ve had excellent results with early loading.
