Founded in 2002 SURCAM Medical Devices & Development Ltd. is a fast-growing, innovation-driven manufacturer specializing in the design, development, and production of high-precision medical instrumentation. With roots in advanced mechanical engineering and clinical collaboration, SURCAM was created to serve as a place where clinicians, engineers, and researchers can transform ideas into next-generation medical devices.
Since its inception, SURCAM has evolved into a recognized global supplier of dental implants, prosthetic components, multi-unit systems, digital restorative solutions, and surgical tools. The company’s growth is anchored in its commitment to engineering excellence, regulatory compliance, and uncompromising manufacturing quality.
SURCAM began as a niche engineering company producing custom medical equipment. Leveraging decades of mechanical expertise, the company expanded into dental implantology in 2006, launching its first prosthetic system. This milestone marked the beginning of SURCAM Dental, which has since grown into a full-scale, vertically integrated implant manufacturer.
Today, SURCAM produces multiple implant systems—such as LSA-Type, C-LSA, SC-LSA, A-Type, S-Type, C-Type, Tissue-Level, Compressive, U-Type, Cortical, Pterygoid, and Zygomatic—supported by full prosthetic portfolios, multi-unit solutions, and digital CAD/CAM components.
SURCAM operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with automated CNC machining centers running in a lights-out production environment. Each CNC system is configured to manufacture families of precision components, ensuring consistency, stability, and ultra-tight tolerances required for medical-grade implants and abutments.
Key manufacturing capabilities include:
Production of titanium dental implants (Grade 4, Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V ELI)
SLA surface treatment: sand-blasted & acid-etched topography for enhanced osseointegration
Titanium nitride PVD coatings for tissue-level and pterygoid systems
High-performance abutments, multi-units, CAD/CAM Ti-bases, analogs, and transfers
Automated inspection & digital traceability workflows
In-house product development, rapid prototyping & mechanical quality analysis
All products undergo controlled manufacturing protocols aligned with global medical-device regulations.
